Please log in as your employer has told you to.
If your employer has given you an access code, you can log in with your e-mail address or mobile number.
If you want to book an appointment, you can also log in with e-mail address or mobile number, even without access code.
If your employer has activated your Office 365 account, you can log in via Office 365.
If your employer has activated your work e-mail address, you can log in with your e-mail address without an access code.
